Our soft Goats Cheese is made daily with milk from our free ranging goats.

The light delicate flavour is achieved by using fresh milk and not allowing the cheese to mature.

All the milk is pasteurised before the addition of the Vegetarian Rennet and the process takes less than four days - from Goat to Pot to Tummy.
